Going to Malaysia is always such a treat! When it gets hot (to be honest, when is it not hot?) one of my favourite things to do is get a bowl of ice kacang to eat.

Ice Kacang is a colourful dessert dish consisting of ice and all sorts of toppings from red bean to cendol.
