Blog

Hello, I’ve been quietly working on something behind the scenes for quite a while now… and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. My art print shop is live!

This little project has been growing in my mind for ages, and over the past couple of months I’ve been designing, planning, and piecing everything together bit by bit. From the artwork to the setting up the store, it’s all been a huge journey (learning so many new things) and now it’s finally out in the world.

The shop is inspired by that sense of adventure, of wandering through new places and collecting little moments along the way. I wanted to create something that reflects that, whether you’re a traveler at heart or someone who dreams of far-off places from home.

I’ll be adding more designs soon, but for now, I hope you’ll take a look and see if anything speaks to you. Thank you so much for being here, it means the world.

My Digital Sticker Etsy Shop

by Su

It’s been just a couple of months now that I’ve been working on my etsy shop! I currently sell digital stickers for digital planners and also planner printables.

Why did I start with a digital product shop? I had started seeing quite a lot of digital planners/plan with me type of videos pop up on my explore pages. Digital planning seemed a very clean way to not also organise your life but also the scope to express yourself creatively was endless!

I started making my own stickers for my digital planners and notebooks and thought I should sell them as well! And so this was the beginning of my shop: Susisoup!

I was shocked to find my first sale occurring after only a matter of days! I’m pleased to know that people do actually want to buy things I create! Since then, I’ve been regularly creating listings and slowly but surely seeing a lot more traffic and sales!

I’ve learnt a lot of things along the way, here are my top 3 tips for new Etsy shop owners

  • Before you sign up with Etsy! Make sure you use a referral link so you can get 40 free listings. I didn’t know this so I missed out of the opportunity. There are plenty of Etsy shop owners with links! And I’m not different, if would like to use mine, then click here. If you click then you will receive 40 free listings and so will I 🙂
  • Be Patient and stop checking your stats every minute! There were days when I would be just waiting for a sale to come through. For what reason? I don’t know, but there are better uses for your time. Your time is better spent working on new listings or learning new skills. Check maybe one or twice a day and move on!
  • Watch youtube videos to further your education on owning an Etsy shop. In order for your listings to be found on Etsy, it’s extremely important to understand SEO. I’m not sure I have 100% got the hang of it but I’ve been making changes here and there to drive traffic to my shop, thanks to tips I’ve gleaned from other successful etsy shop owners.

Here’s an example of one of my latest listings which are a set of floral digital stickers! It is one of my bestsellers and popular with my customers.

You can check out the rest of my listings at my digital sticker shop here
